Marcus has spent 15 years honing his catering skills in some of the finest Restaurants and Hotels in the North of England, finishing off at the 5 red star Chester Grosvenor and Spa as Senior Sous Chef.

Since 2001 Marcus has dedicated his culinary career establishing Marcus Moore Catering, building the companies reputation as one of the leading Caterers in the North West of England, specialising in Marquee Weddings and exclusive dinner parties.

Anthony Morris - Chef Director

Anthony has spent his Catering career learning his skills at some of Lancashire's top Restaurants, he was Head Chef at the Wayfarer Restaurant at Parbold and latterly worked for Aramak UK at Manchester Civil Justice Centre.

As well as working alongside Marcus at MMC he heads up acebars.co.uk a cutting edge mobile bar company, owned by Anthony and Marcus which supplies Bar facilities for Weddings and events in the North West area.

Outside of Work

A keen Fisherman and supports Wigan Warriors.

Established in 2001, Marcus Moore Catering is personally owned by two talented chefs, Marcus Moore and Anthony Morris. Both chefs were trained at the 5 Red Star Chester Grosvenor and Spa in the City of Chester, gaining over 10 years of Michelin star training.

Marcus and Anthony's sole aim is to deliver exceptional catering at all levels throughout the Northwest of England, and to be recognised as a catering company that can be trusted to exceed your expectations, whether it be a simple finger buffet delivered to your home or venue, right through to a fabulous marquee wedding with the finest linens, glassware and china.

They operate a fleet of refrigerated vehicles where distance is no object, and they pride themselves in having a 'can do' attitude and rising to today's ever increasing demands for flexibility and budget.
