Marcus and his Team recently undertook a ‘Best of British’ themed dinner for one of our Clients.

The dinner was a 3 course choice menu celebrating great British dishes.

Chef Marcus designed the following menu which was enjoyed by all.

Marcus says “Its always nice when the Client gives you Carte Blanche to come up with the menu and trusts you with what will work and looks great and tastes even better, so yes this was a lovely dinner to cater.”

Carved Roast Rump of Bowland Lamb with Crushed Carrot and Swede and Potato Fondant with Red Wine Sauce

Roasted Salmon Fillet Presented on a Classic ‘Kedgeree’ with a Soft Herb Dressing

Leek and Asparagus Strudel with a Rich Tomato Sauce (v)
