May 2018 saw Marcus and his team cater for a West Lancashire School for their bi-annual fundraising event organised by the school’s PTA.
Marcus has been invited to cater for the last 4 events, which involves an auction and other fundraising activities. This year a selection of tapas was served at the table to start. This included vegetable fritters with Greek yogurt and smoked salmon with Italian cheese. Following this was a modern twist on ‘chicken chasseur’ and concluded with a salted caramel and chocolate tart.
