The Marcus Moore team undertook one of its biggest operations to date last month, catering for 500 golfing guests at the prestigious Childwall Golf Club in the suburbs of Liverpool.
The Team catered back to back events in a wonderful marquee supplied by Mahood Marquees of Rainford.
MD Marcus Moore says, “ It was a really special event for Childwall as it was there Centenary Celebration and our brief was to make it extra special to fit the occasion. My team produced two fantastic 4-course dinners over the weekend and I’m proud to say everything went absolutely perfect. With an operation this size, it’s all down to forward planning and attention to detail. Also, timing is critical. I always say to my team ‘there is a fine line between good and excellent’ and we crossed it with confidence.”
