In his eight years at the five star Chester Grosvenor
Hotel, Marcus established from scratch their outside
caterers division and was then responsible for its
day to day management and development. He regularly
cooked for His Grace The Duke of Westminster at
Eton Hall and won the contract on behalf of the
Chester Grosvenor to exclusively supply the Earl
of Derby's residence (Knowsley Hall) for all corporate

Having developed a purpose built food production
facility near Wigan, the company is ideally placed
for servicing all opportunities within the North
West.
The Marcus Moore Team has been appointed as exclusive
caterers to a boutique hotel in West Didsbury and
this just weeks after successfully being the caterers
and providing the cuisine for the Earl of Derby's
40th Birthday Celebration, at the Earl's personal
request.
Our approach is to individually tailor the cuisine
requirements for each occasion and can offer a wide
range of options from a food service right through
to a fully manages event (including provision of
marquees, musicians and ice sculptures etc.)
